The Malvar variety, native to Madrid, gives us this very young white with memories still of the fermentation of the must. You can see in the glass a slight needle that makes it very attractive.

Fruity in nose. Cheerful and vibrant, this partially fermented must comes to our mouth very fun and pleasant. With a fair acidity that balances the natural sweetness of the grape and its 7.5 degrees of alcohol.

 

We recommend taking it very very fresh to be able to enjoy it 100 percent and pair it with seafood, fish, snacks, desserts
